Herb is the founder and CEO of Peak Performance Consulting Group. He has over 25 years experience providing a broad range of sport psychology and management consulting services which focus on Leadership, Prevention, and Performance, working with the NFL, NBA, Center for Creative Leadership, Anti-Defamation League, and several Fortune 500 companies. He has worked extensively and directly with athletes, musicians and corporate executives throughout the world. Herb has been responsible for the design, development and implementation of programs for large and small businesses, as well as personalized programs specifically tailored for uniquely situated individuals. An accomplished professional musician (percussionist), Herb his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from United States International University. Herb was brought in as a consultant for one of Joby’s NFL clients in 1998 and the two have worked closely together ever since.
