Lois Deloatch's career spans more than two decades in the arts, philanthropy and community development. She has held administrative and leadership positions at UNC-Chapel Hill, Duke University and North Carolina Central University. In 2013, she founded Northampton Partners, LLC, a consulting firm committed to supporting people and organizations seeking to make a positive impact through service and philanthropy. Currently, she works as major gifts officer for the Center for Responsible Lending, a national nonprofit working to promote fair financial practices. She is based in Durham, NC.
