Right after I became an NBA Draft Lottery Pick as the 7th overall pick by the Chicago Bulls in 2018, Vanguard immediately started making connections for me in Chicago and providing me with professional oversight of my financial advising selection process. As I was doing my first press conference with the Bulls, Joby and Anthony were already meeting with Rachael Mangoubi, the Chair of the Duke Chicago alumni group and they began strategizing which Duke alums would be the best to add to my personal contacts.
